 “To a person who causes me pain, my Resistance says, 'You’ve harmed me, I resent you for the pain, and will keep blaming you so I don’t have to learn you are only a reflector of a past unhealed wound that I have yet to heal; and to the same person, my Heartfulness says, ‘You’ve hurt me, thank you for the lesson, I realize you couldn’t have hurt me unless I already had the same kind of unhealed hurt from the past, and I will use your trigger of that to grow and heal.”
